Terms of Service

  1. Website quotes are invitations to a site visit until a written proposal is signed.
  2. Work is Tennessee only unless a written exception is signed.
  3. SEER2 numbers and rebate amounts follow manufacturer and TVA publications and can change.
  4. Payment terms live on the proposal. Manufacturer warranties are the manufacturer’s.
  5. Customer handles HOA approval, access, and a clear path to the wall.
  6. Tennessee law. Venue Maury or Williamson County as the job address requires.
