Straight
Confortotal (also styled CONFORTOTAL / Confort Total) started as a comfort brand in the Mexico / U.S. distributor market. The name is “confort,” not “comfort.” Units sold in the States are imported OEM heat-pump mini splits, commonly associated with large Chinese plants and sold here through Texas- and border-adjacent distributors such as Aires Confort / Confortotal USA.
That is not an insult. It is why the price works. Same architecture you see on a dozen value labels: wall head, pre-charged condenser, flare connections, R-410A on current stock (some newer SKUs list R-32).

Modes on the remote: Cool, Heat, Dry, Fan, Auto. Smart models pair to a phone app; some listings claim Alexa / Google. Heating output falls off as outdoor air drops toward the mid-20s °F. Fine for Spring Hill winters. Not a -13° hyper-heat head.
Typical published cover is 1 year parts / 5 years compressor. Most distributors require licensed professional installation and original-purchaser paperwork. Take-home DIY often voids the compressor term. Copper Run registers units we hang. Pickup customers get the crate, the manual, and the truth about that clause.
Ask about EnergyRight and local power-company rebates. Qualifying jobs usually need enough SEER2 and a Quality Contractor Network member. Some Confortotal series are sold around ~16 SEER. We will not advertise a fixed rebate dollar — or promise a check — until QCN status and the live EnergyRight sheet are confirmed for your model.
