What we hang
Not a full-line HVAC plant. A ductless shop.
If the house needs a 4-ton gas package, we will say so and send you to a shop that lives in that work. If you need a head in a bonus room, a shop, or an old house that was never ducted right — that ticket is ours.
Multi zone
One outdoor unit feeding two to five heads. Ranch additions and older Columbia / Santa Fe houses where new trunk lines would wreck the plaster.
The box itself
Confortotal value-tier heat pumps on the truck. Cool, heat, dry, fan. Buy the crate and haul it, or buy it and we hang it. Brand sheet.

Wholesaler and hang shop.

The run
Six moves. Then the room is a zone.
A cheap condenser is not an installed system. Tennessee summers punish a sloppy flare.
Room and panel
Glass, ceiling height, how you use the space — then whether the panel can take a dedicated circuit.
Head and pad
Indoor unit high, drain planned, outdoor unit on a pad or bracket with real clearance. Not in the boxwoods.
Permit
New ductless needs a mechanical permit in Spring Hill, Williamson, Columbia, and Franklin. Maury County does not require one for this work. Where a permit is needed, we pull it.
Line set and vacuum
Flare. Evacuate. Additional charge if the run is longer than the factory precharge. Not “hooked up and hoped.”

Rebates
Ask about rebates before you count them.
TVA EnergyRight and local power companies sometimes mail a check on qualifying high-efficiency mini splits installed by a Quality Contractor Network (QCN) member. We confirm live rules, SEER2, and our contractor status on your proposal — we do not advertise a fixed rebate amount until QCN membership is confirmed.
Ask before you count it
Power company on the bill. SEER2 on the data plate. QCN on the contractor. Miss one and any rebate check does not mail.
